I found a very unique gift from attending Cuddle Parties.I have attended over 100 Cuddle Parties and keep on facilitating and sharing them EVERYWHERE!! I'm just as passionate about them today as I was the first one I attended 5 years ago. YES It helped me reclaim my voice and I am passionate about helping others do the same. It teaches the attendees that they alone create their own safety container in life. But how did it completely change my life? In growing up when I received a no, it felt like I personally was being rejected so I did everything in my power to be nice, be loveable, people please and give those around me a reason to say yes, the catch 22....subconsciously, I could never trust another's yes until they could give me an honest no. Now my life consists of being in such appreciation for the beloved's courage, the ones I'm honored to be relating with, who say, "no" when they are a no and say "hell yes" when they are a yes. It gives me
confidence to ask for ANYthing instead of censoring myself to only ask for what I think they will be a yes too. Today, I can honor hearing a no just as much as hearing a yes and can authentically reply, "Thank you for taking care of your self"

Wear or bring pajamas or other comfortable clothing. Think flannel and silk rather than lace, cozy rather than risqué.
AND YES, there will be chocolate!

PLEASE BE ON TIME: Make certain to account FOR TRAFFIC AND PARKING. The opening Welcome Circle is where we introduce ourselves, go over the rules of Cuddle Party, and create the safe space for the socializing to follow, so it is essential that everyone be here. Please be purposeful, be conscious, and be here by 6:15 pm to get settled in for opening circle. Please call if you are running late.
